WISSOTA required certified copy of birth certificate with license application for all drivers 16 & under DASSEL. MN - Effective immediately, any driver under the age of 17 who applies for a WISSOTA Competitors License will be required to provide a certified copy of a birth certificate with the license application. If a copy of the driver's certified birth certificate is not enclosed, the license will not be processed, the license will not be issued, and the driver will not be allowed to compete in any WISSOTA division at any WISSOTA member track.
